Becky Saunders

GENERAL MANAGER, WEST CREEK RANCH

Becky Saunders joined the AMB West team in 2015 as a specialist in the Sales and Reservations department at Mountain Sky Guest Ranch. In 2018, Becky was promoted to Events Coordinator at West Creek Ranch where she also led the accounts payable team.  In her role in Events, Becky worked with non-profit and sponsor organizations creating unique experiences reflecting the ‘West Creek Way,’ the ranch philosophy where guests spend half of their time in programmed work sessions and half of their time participating in meaningful outdoor experiences.  

In 2022 Becky was promoted to Assistant General Manager of West Creek Ranch. In this role, Becky continued to hone her leadership skills while supporting the ranch operational team as well as Blank Family Foundation partners. In 2023, Becky was promoted to General Manager of West Creek Ranch where she continues to lead all day-to-day operations of the ranch as well as supporting and growing a strong team of associates.
